The structured packing is made of several packings with different geometrical shape and corrugation angle. According to different corrugation angle, it can be divided into X type and Y type. The X type stands for the 30° angle, and the Y type stands for the 45° angle. X type structured packing has small pressure drop and the Y type structured packing has better mass transfer property.We pride ourselves in the manufacture of state of the art structured packing columns. Packing trays are generally used when a column is experiencing a bottleneck issue. These trays are replaced with structured packing for three reasons:
They provide an extra inter-facial area for contact between vapor and liquid.
Better separation efficiency.
Structured packed columns are shorter than trayed columns.
Structured packing is advantageous in applications that need constant contact, rather than the staged contact provided by trays.
Metal perforated plate corrugated packing is a kind of structured packing that has the advantages of a large number of theoretical plates, high flux, low-pressure drop, and low load. It is made of arranged web pieces pressed into corrugation whose angles are 30 or 45 degrees and two adjacent pieces are of opposite directions. When filled into the packed tower, two trays of metal perforated plate corrugated packings are set in 90 degrees staggered arrangement.
Metal perforated plate corrugated packing is generally used in normal pressure distillation, vacuum distillation, and absorption processes of matters which are thermal sensitive or hard to separate.

These conditions are common in many vacuum distillation and rectification processes as well as in amine scrubbers,and applications in the field of fine chemicals, flavors factories, isomer separation, separation of thermally sensitive materials, and testing towers.
Metal wire gauze structured packing is a universal type of packing composed of several mesh plate corrugated sheets which are vertically arranged in disks. Instead of being welded, metal wire gauze structured packings are fixed by being nailed or being ringed to adhere to the walls. Its structure can not only change the distribution of liquid but also increase the transfer efficiency.
The key advantage of wire gauze structured packing is the high separation efficiency even at very small liquid loads along with its low-pressure drop and small liquid hold-up, making it very suitable for distillation of thermally sensitive products.

3.500(BX) Vacuum rectification for thermo sensitive system and hard separation system, especially suitable for rectification with pressure lower than 7KPa .
4.700(CY) Separation of isotopic compound and isomeric compound.
5.Wire gauze structured packing is not suitable for fouling services and strongly corrosive media.
